My goal for this website is to help people become aware of energy saving and sustainability measures that they can apply in their own home or with an engineering design at work.  With so much information on the internet, I hope to make this website clear and easy to understand.

A little bit about my background.  My name is Mauro and I am a registered Professional Engineer for the state of California and a LEED® accredited professional.  I have worked extensively in the green engineering and construction industry, being involved in the design of energy efficient buildings and sustainable construction projects for programs like Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) Savings by Design, LEED building certifications, and ASHRAE Technology Awards.
